My room included climate control, TV set, and a writing desk. Everything was awesome, I really enjoyed that. The location turned out to be good, close enough to a mall and lots of eateries and shops and bus terminal. I stayed here for 1 day and would return there😃👍

The hotel's location was good, close enough to Sibu biggest mall and bus terminal and daesco which is the biggest mall in sibu. It also was near to shopping complex.

The room is kept clean, and the hotel provides essential facilities such as an electric kettle and hairdryer, as well as complimentary coffee and disposable slippers. The parking area is spacious, and the staff members are always welcoming and polite, which makes me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

The limited parking space meant that double parking was sometimes necessary, especially if returning to the hotel late at night. It would have been appreciated if the staff could have been more accommodating when requesting a late check-out or more friendly during interactions.
